Banana Shake

This is easy to make and lovely on a hot summers day.


3 or 4 large bananas, peeled
1 pint soya milk
½ pint cold water
5 big scoops of vanilla vegan ice-cream (e.g. Swedish Glace)
dash vanilla essence (optional but nice!)




Place the ingredients in a blender and whizz for 10 to 20 seconds. Pour into glasses and drink straight away. Delicious!


For a special treat sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon or grated vegan chocolate. Try a Strawberry Shake too.
