Salt & Pepper Tofu Topping

This is perfect as a topping for bolognaise, cauli cheeze or tomato pasta, or served in a wrap with salad.


olive oil
1 packet of frozen tofu, defrosted
soya sauce
freshly ground salt & pepper



Heat the oil in a frying pan. Dice the tofu, season generously and fry until golden brown (about 10-15 mins). When nearly done add a good dash of soya sauce.


Try adding dried cinammon, 5 spice and coriander too for a really tasty topping.
