Banana Parcels
This is a great recipe for using up left over puff pastry and goes down well with kids.

Method Peel one banana per person. Wrap each banana in puff pastry. Brush the pastry with soya milk and dust with sugar. Cook in a hot oven til golden brown. Serve with dairy-free ice-cream (e.g. Swedish Glace or Toffutti.) Delicious! |
