This is an anglicised version of a raw food recipe that we found on the Veganfood website.
| Ingredients ½ lb closed cup mushrooms, sliced |
Method Whizz in the food processor until smooth. Notes Serve in ramekins as a starter, or spread thickly on fresh crusty bread or toast for a light lunch. It doesn't keep too well, so the best bet is to eat it all up straight away! |
