This is a really handy recipe for making more of a meal out of soups and veggie stews. It is based on a recipe from the Vegetarian/Vegan Society of Queensland's website.
6oz self raising flour
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Season to taste.
Drop tablespoons of the mix into the soup or stew.
Cook in oven for 20 mins or so, until dumplings are golden brown.
