French Dressing

This recipe comes from Linda Majzlik's excellent cookbook, A Vegan Taste of France, which is available to order online from Animal Aid.

Ingredients

5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 dessertspoon lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
black pepper

  

Method

Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Notes

You can mix this by whisking with a fork or by putting the ingredients in a jar with a screw-top lid and shaking well.
