Croutons
After years of trying to fry croutons and burning them, we discovered this way of cooking perfect croutons every time!
| Ingredients 4 slices bread, cut into cubes Notes These go very well with parsnip and butterbean soup or carrot and orange soup. |
Method Place the bread cubes on a baking tray. Sprinkle with dried herbs and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a hot oven for about 20 mins, until golden brown. Shake them around a couple of times for even cooking. Easy! |
