Balsamic Dressing
This is a lovely dressing, and is great with a salad of avocado, mixed salad leaves and fresh herbs.
Ingredients 3 tbsp olive oil |
Method Put the ingredients in a mug and whisk thoroughly with a fork. Add a pinch of brown sugar to taste, if required. |
