Avocado Dip

No party is complete without an avocado dip! This one is for garlic fiends.

Ingredients

2 or 3 avocados, peeled and stones removed
4 garlic cloves, crushed
juice of 1 lemon to taste
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp chilli

  

Method

Whizz the ingredients in a food processor and serve. Easy!
